For those of you who are unfamiliar with Carmen, she is charged with assisting Ray to help oversee the various projects at the complex. She also engages with homeowners and handles most interactions and fields the escalations. She also oversees the staff and ensures that they adhere to established schedules and she is overall a trusted source for community issues.
